Booking information

On arrival day the rooms are ready from 2.00 pm. On departure day accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 am. If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm we kindly ask you to let us know in advance. In the event of late arrival or early departure the full price will be charged.

We’re happy to provide cots, baby monitors, highchairs, kettles, baby changing tables, changing mats on request.

Free internet via W-LAN in the hotel Stieglerhof and Walchhof.

Please understand that all our hotel rooms and the entire hotel are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or on the terrace.

In the event of cancellation your deposit will not be refunded. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:

• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• For cancellations made 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of holiday price.
• For cancellations made 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the holiday price.
• In the event of cancellation within the week before arrive we charge a fee 90% of the holiday price.
• and in the event of early departure 100%.

Dogs are more than just people’s best friends. We therefore understand that you would also like to have your dog by your side during the most beautiful time of the year. The extra charge is EUR 15.00 per night (without food). We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. We would also like to politely inform you that owners are liable for any damage caused by the dog.

The local tax is not included in the price and is € 1,90 per night per person over 15 years old. It is shown separately on the invoice and must be paid on site.

For stays of one night we charge a supplement of € 15,00 per person, for two nights € 7,00 per person per night.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we charge a supplement of € 15,00 per night for single occupancy of rooms.

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the room price.

No payment will be made for non-attendance of a meal.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation charges will be made. Therefore we recommend you take out travel insurance e.g. european travel insurance.
